Custom Home - The Carpenters

Never say never! After having helped my Dad build a home, we swore we would never build a house, but we found ourselves in a situation where we didn't have much choice. And we've got to say that the team at J & J Properties of Hickory, Inc. made it about as smooth of a process as it could probably be.

We started out with a stock plan, and customized/upgraded several things before building began. Then as the process evolved, we made even more changes along the way.....which is pretty common from what I've heard from others. The going phrase during the building process was, "If this were a normal house....." from all the contractors and subcontractors!

We love our new home, and wouldn't change a thing about it. Thanks to the J & J Properties of Hickory team and their crew of subcontractors.
