Do you think you can't afford a designer? Well you may not be able to afford not to hire one!

A designer can help you with the layout/flow of your home as well as the asthetics, or how it looks, inside and out. Even if you're using stock plans, it wouldn't hurt to hire one for an hour to discuss the house plan, how your family lives etc. to determine if the combination will work.
